End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TDC Holdings, LLC ("Company," "Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the SlimSimple AI mobile application ("App" or "Software").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on your personal mobile device(s)
  • Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access the features and content provided through the App

2. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Subscription and Payment

The App offers premium features through subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Recurring monthly billing
  • Annual Subscription: Recurring yearly billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE:

The App provides nutritional information, meal plans, and dietary suggestions for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. It is NOT a medical device, a substitute for professional medical advice, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to TDC Holdings, LLC. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDC HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your account. We may terminate your license if you violate any term of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
